Welcome to the class-action lawsuit against Foodora Denmark!

We are a group of former Foodora / Hungry riders suing Foodora Denmark for holiday pay. We have registered a class-action or group lawsuit so all former Foodora / Hungry riders can join. Since we are applying for legal aid, it is free to take part. You can see the receipts HERE.

It is not necessary to live in Denmark to join. You can read more detailed information in the FAQ section below.

To represent us in court, we have founded an association, as it is usual in Denmark. Membership is and will be free. You can read the association's statutes HERE. To join you need to fill out the form below and upload either your work contract or an invoice by Hungry / Foodora. This is to make sure we con prove to the Court that you have indeed worked for the company.

Frequently Asked Questions

Did we not sign a contract as a "freelancer"?
Freelancer or employee status cannot be determined by contract only. Several factors are taken into account, among them the degree of control the company has over their workers. Both our lawyer with more than 40 years of experience and us are optimistic that the Court will rule in our favor.
How much holiday pay can I get?
12.5% of your salary plus interests for late payment.
I worked for them when they were till called "Hungry". Is that important?
No, not at all. The brand name changed, but it was always the same company.
I no longer live in Denmark. Can I still join?
Yes, you can. If you worked for Hungry and/or Foodora in Denmark, you can take part from abroad.
I am in a similar situation with Wolt Denmark. Can I join your lawsuit?
No, unfortunately not. You would need to sue Wolt Denmark in a separate case.
I heard Foodora is "under liquidation". What does that mean?
It means they are closing the company formally, but our lawsuit was registered in time, so they cannot do that until the Court has ruled on our case.
Can't they just declare bankruptcy?
They can, but even then there are still ways to demand and get our holiday pay.
